We offer several plans: • Free: No payment details needed - you're welcome to try and see how our name pronunciations and announcements sound. • Starter: Aimed at businesses or people who sometimes need to pronounce foreign names or have international announcement needs - also a great plan to test with if you're a larger organization. • Pro: Supports a greater volume of announcements & name predictions, as well as 5 user/operator accounts. and increased API rate limits for requests. • Enterprise: Customization support for branded voices and announcement scripts. Support for higher volumes and SAML auth for unlimited logins. Options for dedicated infrastructure. Our plans use a per-organization licensing model rather than per-user to make budgeting easy.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If you upgrade, you'll be charged the difference between your current plan and the new one for this month's billing cycle. If you downgrade or cancel, the downgrade or cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Pro and Enterprise plans support overage usage billing for your organization which allows easy continued access, if this is not enabled in your admin console then usage will be capped at your plan's monthly limit.
