For web app users, onboarding is straightforward. Sign up and create an organization, and invite your team members, and assign roles. Operators can then focus on day-to-day announcements without needing admin access.

You need HTTPS access to our web app or API. The EasyAnnounce web app supports modern browsers with JavaScript enabled: Chrome or Edge v116+, and Firefox v115+.

You can use a direct connection from a terminal, use Audio-over-IP (AoIP) for digital PA systems, verified partner venues like airports can also use a custom software bridge to provide airline access to that site's PA system via our PA Provider directory.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use least-privilege access controls throughout the platform. Customer names are not retained after processing. Generated audio is stored with anonymized identifiers, is only accessible to your organization, and is automatically deleted.

A name alone is generally not considered PHI under HIPAA. However, you should treat your announcement content according to your own compliance policies. EasyAnnounce does not store customer names, locations, or timestamps as part of any announcement record.
